I'm Dianne Samuels, a Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner and Certified Mental Wellness and Emotional Resilience Coach. For over 24 years I've supported individuals and families through caregiving, emotional challenges, and life's harder transitions.

I built this certification from both the science of burnout and the lived experience of recovering from it, so the path back is practical, gentle, and something you can actually follow.
